This area features Glasgow’s oldest surviving building, a magnificent Cathedral, and a historic necropolis with breathtaking views across the city.

Provand’s Lordship, St Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art, Glasgow Cathedral, Glasgow Necropolis and the Glasgow Royal Infirmary Museum are all part of the historic Cathedral Precinct.

‘Vibrant talent for glowing summer evenings'

Three international musicians across three Wednesday evenings, perform beautiful music, in the city’s oldest building.

3rd June — Daniel Carroll (USA), a 22-year-old Curtis Institute student and prizewinner at the Northern Ireland International Organ Competition and the Taylor USA National Organ Competition, plays symphonic Ravel, Mendelssohn, Widor and Garūta, plus Olivier Latry's Salve Regina featuring solo singer.

10th June — Riccardo Atanasio (Italy) performs his own complete transcription of Keith Jarrett’s legendary Köln Concert (1975), the best-selling solo piano album ever recorded.

17th June — Damin Spritzer (USA), world-renowned recording artist and Organ Professor at the University of Oklahoma, closes the series with a programme of American music celebrating the USA's 250th anniversary year—from Philip Glass’s mesmerising Dance No. IV to George Baker's Te Deum.

All concerts 8pm (doors 7:30pm)
