Indulge with an Indian head massage the perfect combination for body and mind. Seated in a chair, the therapist works on the head, neck and shoulder area, including the arms and facial points, using different pressures and techniques to relax and invigorate.
£85 - 60 mins treatment | 90 mins spa session prior
A deeply restorative ritual designed to relax the body and quiet the mind. This indulgent treatment begins with an exfoliating back scrub to gently renew the skin, followed with a soothing Swedish back massage to melt away stress and restore balance. The experience is complete with a calming scalp massage.

This unique face and body experience leaves your skin, face and body positively glowing from top-to-toe! To begin, you will be treated to a body brush, scrub and application of moisturiser, followed our advanced skin transforming facial to turn up your glow with instant and visible results.

How to book
Booking at Refresh Spa is quick and simple. You can call the spa on 0141 287 7001, selecting option 1 for treatments and 2 for the spa. Booking can also be made via the Glasgow Club App . These packages are found under specials.
Please note we recommend using the spa before your treatment so allow at least 90mins ahead of your treatment booking time to attend the spa.
